If an apple a day keeps the doctor away, then why do you sit THERE full of dismay? For good health begins with a diet of fruits, and meat for protein to develop tight glutes! And don't forget the veggies and bread, both give you energy to stay out of bed! But now let us focus on two major groups, dairy and grains to ensure healthy poops! We've already mentioned that bread is grand, but milk strengthens bones to help you stand! So all that's left now is to exercise daily, do as I say and you'll NEVER look frailly!
