My First Vacation

If all vacations are like my first one, I might be better off staying at home! We stopped at the Florida state line and took these pictures.
Our first night in Ponce Inlet, we went to Down the Hatch, Uncle Al's favorite HOLE. I began feeling terrible and my diaper later indicated that something had definitely malfunctioned. The next day, mom and dad took me to a "Doc in the Box" and they said I had an ear infection...good times, indeed!

This is me napping after a dose of my Amoxicil. I was very groggy and didn't feel good.
This is my first time on the beach. I enjoyed several mouthfuls of sand - certainly a different texture and a distinct taste, one that is acquired over time - I tried another mouthful the next day!
One night we went to Park's Seafood...one of my favorites and one of the few highlights of the vacation...I ate some french fries and some apple sauce. Of course, their air conditioning was not working and I was still running a fever, par for the course.
The Last night we were in Daytona, we went on Mimi's recommendation to go to Blackbeards Inn...great call! My dad was lapping up that Chowder and I was afraid he might eat me if I got close enough! This was our LAST SUPPER on vacation. Sad indeed.

It is that time of year to sport my favorite costume of all: My Bumble Bee outfit to support my beloved Yellow Jackets. Yesterday, they administered a 38 to 7 beating of the Bulldogs of Miss. State.

My question is...I know honey is sweet, but is there any thing sweeter than ME??? :)

Cheerleader in Training

Yeah, it's that time. Time to start stretching the old legs and getting prepared to don the white & gold for the Yellow Jackets. I figured I would get ready by going to the local park and trying out their slide and swings...here are a couple of shots of me "conditioning".

I went on Vacation & ALL I have is this Cruddy T-Shirt

I went on my first vacation last month to Daytona and it was not a good one! First, I got sick and had to be taken to an "After Hours Care Facility", where I was diagnosed with an ear infection. To make matters worse, Tropical Storm Faye ran us out of Daytona! All I have to show for it is this T-Shirt!
