We found out that we had a little one on the way...two weeks before our trip to Disney World. What does that mean? Can I ride the rides?
Well, we stayed at the Animal Kingdom Lodge for four nights - what a thrill! We saw Giraffes, gazelle, wildabeasts, antelope and some impalas right outside our patio.
Our first day, we went to the Animal Kingdom (Mt. Everest Ride was awesome according to Michael) & ate dinner at the Rain Forest Cafe. The second day we went to Universal Studios...we were too hot, so we did not stay very long. On Saturday, we concluded our trip by visiting Epcot.
Even though we had a great time on the trip, I experienced a lot of abdominal pain during the trip and was very worried.

Julie,
I'm so glad you were able to visit Disney World with Michael and your Grandparents! As far as an answer to your question, "Can I ride the rides", "Go Ahead, knock yourself out and have fun", 'cause the biggest ride of your life will be "boarding soon" once you get back home and deliver that "special package"!
It sounds like the four of you had a really good time! I know that being pregnant probably prevented you from doing many of the things you had planned, but the great thing is, the Best is yet to come! As funny as it may sound, many of the animals you described seeing at the Animal Kingdom Lodge, work with Michael at Coke!....especially, the Wildabeasts! Anyway, I really hope you had a great time, and I know it was even more special spending time with your Grandparents! I can't wait to see the pictures! See you soon!!!
